CBLT acquired the Geneva Lake Property in 2012. It comprises nine contiguous unpatented claims in Hess Township, Ontario, about 45 km northwest of Sudbury.
The Geneva Lake Mine produced lead and zinc concentrates commercially from 1941 to 1944. During this period, 80,588 tonnes of ore grading 3.4% lead and 9.21% zinc were mined. Original workings can still be found on the property, and work will resume when the price of lead and zinc justifies it.
Geneva Lake is located in the Archean Benny Greenstone Belt. The Geneva Lake deposit is a stratiform volcanogenic massive sulphide.
