Acquired in 2019, Big Duck Lake in Hemlo West, Ontario, is rich in copper, gold, and zinc, including a resource estimate at the Coco-Estelle Gold Deposit of >59,000 t at 11 g Au/t (not NI43-101 conforming, calculated by third parties, and should not be relied upon without further work by CBLT).
Big Duck Lake contains 65 claim units over six kilometers in the Hemlo-Schreiber Greenstone Belt, centered on an altered gold-rich porphyry.
Big Duck Lake has a history of prospecting since 1885, with 46 gold and base metal showings, many of which have had no follow-up work. It is adjacent to the past-producing Winston Lake Zinc Mine and near the Pick River Mine (both past-producing VMS deposits).
A prior owner in 2018 reported drill assays, including gold results of 823 g/t (26.339 oz) over 0.5 meters, 320.1 g/t over 1.3 meters, 1.96 g/t over 11 meters, and 1.65 g/t over 44 meters..
